Management

Malcolm B. Fraser, President, Director
Mr. Fraser has over 40 years experience in mineral exploration, project financing, mine development, non-ferrous, precious and industrial minerals marketing, and international law. He holds degrees in Geological Engineering from Queens University, Kingston, Ontario, Economic Geology from Harvard, and Law from Osgood Hall, Toronto.

Charles E. Ross, Secretary, CFO
Mr. Ross has been active in the private and public marketplace for 17 years with companies in Canada, USA and Europe. He has extensive knowledge of securities, administration and finance, has been a CFO, corporate secretary and director of several resource companies.  Mr. Ross has focused on the sourcing of acquisition targets and arranging financing for the same.  He has extensive knowledge of regulatory issues and has completed exchange courses on dealing with regulatory issues and corporate governance. He has been a Director of the Company since 1996.  Mr. Ross brings to the company extensive and varied business knowledge and the experience to assist in the development and execution of a strategic corporate plan.   

Directors

David Straw, Chairman, Director
Mr. Straw is a geologist with approximately 50 years experience in mineral exploration, mine geology, mine development and mine finance in most parts of the world.  He has held senior executive positions in a number of companies including Chief Geologist of Canadian Johns-Manville, director and Vice-President of Exploration of INCO Australia, director and Vice-President of INCO Indonesia, Deputy Managing Director of Westralian International a merchant bank, involving mine financing and director of a number of other resource companies in Australia and the Pacific area.  He has been actively consulting for many years for mineral resource and finance companies in various parts of the world.

Joseph Yelder, Director
An MBA graduate of Wharton School, Pennsylvania with a BS, Central State, Ohio in accounting: Mr. Yelder has developed 30 years in-depth experience in operations and finance in the beverages manufacturing industry in the United States and Canada.

Dieter K. Schindelhauer, Director
With over 38 years experience as an electrical engineer in heavy manufacturing metals, operations management, technical supervision and quality control, Mr Schindelhauer has also amassed 18 years of public company administrative management.
